By accessing or using PDF to Paprika at pdftopaprika.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Service Description

PDF to Paprika is a free online tool that converts recipe documents (PDF, DOCX, TXT, and HTML files) into the .paprikarecipes format compatible with Paprika Recipe Manager. The Service automatically extracts recipe information from uploaded files and reformats it for import into Paprika.

PDF to Paprika is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Hindsight Labs LLC, the developer of Paprika Recipe Manager. Paprika Recipe Manager is a trademark of Hindsight Labs LLC.

Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree to the following:

• You will only upload files that you have the legal right to access and convert.
• You will not upload files containing malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• You will not use automated tools to excessively access the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the recipe content you upload. PDF to Paprika does not claim any ownership over your files or the converted output. We do not store, redistribute, or reuse your content in any way beyond the immediate conversion process.

The PDF to Paprika website, its design, code, and branding are the property of PDF to Paprika and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be available at all times without interruption.
• Recipe extraction will be 100% accurate for all file formats and layouts.
• The converted output will be compatible with all versions of Paprika Recipe Manager.

Automated recipe extraction is not perfect. We recommend reviewing your converted recipes in Paprika after import and making any necessary corrections.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDF to Paprika and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from inaccurate recipe conversions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
